Indeed, even within the past few years we’ve seen its further evolution, influenced by factors ranging from the Covid-19 pandemic to the increasing global focus on environmental and social responsibility.

Together, our panelists will examine what constitutes good corporate governance today, the role of the board of directors, company secretaries and best practices for board meetings, as well as the increasing impact of factors such as digital transformation and ESG alongside impending regulations like ATAD 3.
